One would be Grand, but we had a far Grander Plan.

Writing a Business Plan for a paper clip with a new twist or novel finish is standard fair. A detailed analysis of Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk and Strategy can produce beneficial ventures that are profitable and/or sustainable on a regular basis.

Writing a business plan for a totally new type of paper clip, or better yet, an entire series can follow the same formatting or it may deviate a little. It also may deviate a lot if an entirely new commercial system is being sought, with the new series of paper clips as an excuse for a new commercial score.

The singular goal for our new paper clip series is to create the Largest, Decentralized Global Education and Software Enterprise on the Planet.

It's no small task, but given 800M to 1.2 Billion Self-Employed individuals globally, and another 3 to 4 Billion acting as heads of households in financially oriented communities, it should be a "walk in the park" if we can get that savory new recipe "spot on the mark".

With deviations vast from current products and commercial systems past, there may be far more psychology involved. Given the unknown nature of the new frontier and the old marketplace bonds some held so dear, fearfully or gleefully feel free to shed a tear. Then rise up with confidence and dawn your new gear.

Creation , Sustenance, and Destruction

They all work hand in hand...

When new paper clips are created, it is a truly wonderful thing.

Can you imagine how excited the Pilgrims would have been with plastic 5 gallon buckets?! They are a truly universal, reusable tool that is hard to live without in modern construction and gardening times. Then imagine if they had had clear plastic tarps for see thru shelter and greenhouse cover!! And what if they had had some PVC tubing which they could have used to make Quonset hut frames and a few other "niceties" of modern life. With three, simple, plastic, reusable products, the clever ones would have had everything for a Green House on the cheap AND they could have done hydroponics and indoor plumbing too!!

Unfortunately, in a commercial environment, when new Paper Clips come into being, there is an equal and offsetting level of Destruction that must transpire to replace an entire Marketplace. It can be a queasy proposition no matter how beautiful the brochures were for space bound paper clips back then.

Most times, new paper clips come out of thin air. More often than not actually.

It's quite rare for a new Paper Clip to have been sitting in plain view for 40 to 50 years, but that seems to be exactly what you'll find here.

  1. The Opportunity to have stopped a wonky market re-birth in the 1980s was real. It was missed.

  2. The Opportunity to undercut a new, dark market rising in the 1990s was real. It was missed.

  3. The Opportunity to destroy emergent Market Leaders soiled with past bad habits has existed for the past few Decades. It has been missed too.

Why have so many opportunities to turn a world green been overlooked or gone unfulfilled as if unforeseen?

The Intuit Monopoly and the "I hate Quickbooks" mantra.
Our first example of confusion & opportunity in the Marketplace...

When "I hate Quickbooks" is searched for online, a link to a dialogue in Intuit's own forum comes up. The screen shot below is one of dozens of short posts on a string that relates to the "I hate Quickbooks" search.

This is a prime example of Old Foes who have the masses by the Toes, with no logical understanding by those strapped and trapped of how or why they do it.

And here is another "fun one" that shows the level of energetic milking that gets done with seemingly no alternative for an alternative market leading option?

YIKES!? -- The only thing that works well enough to get the Masses so Bound to the ground and forgetful of their innate extra-terrestrial sound is "Subconscious Programming" via the clever use of Hypnosis, with a little Psychology and a lot of Strategy baked into the Cake.

One must learn to care for those "inner children" of others much better and much earlier in life if one wants a world of Green Gardens , Starlit Skies and Rocket Ships for fun, and there are no vaccines for ages 5 to 12 that will ever help an inner child s play today...

97% of 50 Million is 47 Million as a starting point,
and we'll steal a portion of the 3% simultaneously too...

According to Intuit's own market reporting, they get about 50 Million window shoppers on their site per year and in a recent year the boasted of gaining 1.4 Million new customers. So where do the other 97% of window shoppers go, especially If Intuit is the market leader by far?

From this data, it seems 48.6 Million people a year go to Intuit's site and they are not moved to their flavor of software capture for one of only a few reasons: 1) Cost 2) Complexity 3) Privacy Concerns 4) Educational Material 4) Negative Reviews
